You can do the best even better! Following the good Saxon manufacturing tradition, this thought kept our master distiller going. Several years of experience were necessary to develop the traditional base recipe even further to the next step by refining the ORGINAL RADEBERGER KRÄUTERLIKÖR through maturing in Scottish whisky casks. The result is the premium herbal liqueur Radeberger Reserve.
The RADEBERGER RESERVE barrels made of American oak are well stored in In the dark cellar of the more than 140-year-old Radeberger distillery. The Reserve edition has been matured for several months in these casks, which were originally used for Scottish single malt whisky on the famous Scottish island Islay. During the maturing the master distiller took continuously samples in order not to miss the precise moment of the perfect taste.
Only 9500 bottles were available from the very beginning- They are all hand-signed and numbered by the master distiller of the Radeberger Distillery, Thomas Tiebel.
